Contact us
By phone or email. We'll agree a time and how to move the vehicle.
Prepare the vehicle and documents
You need: registration certificate, registration document, ID. If someone else hands it in, a notarised power of attorney is required.
Handover and takeover
We'll check the vehicle on site. Complete vehicle = no fee. Incomplete vehicle = €50 fee.
Certificate and deregistration
You'll receive a certificate of takeover of the old vehicle — it's your proof for the vehicle register.
Environmental disposal
We process the vehicle under MoE SR authorisation. All waste is recovered according to the law.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a fee for handing in a car?
There is no fee for a complete vehicle. The €50 fee applies only to incomplete vehicles.
Will you collect a car that won't start?
Yes. Towing is free within Bratislava and nearby. Other locations — we'll agree individually.
What if I don't have all the documents?
Contact us — we can resolve most situations. We'll explain what to arrange in advance.
